Create it, name it, state the forum and the parties, frame the issues, delete it again. No credit moves. You can keep as many empty matters open as you like.
The moment the first document is lodged against that matter, the bundle is read, indexed and put through extraction. The cost is incurred on our side at that point, so the credit is taken at that point.
Whether you run the assessment once or ten times, whether you export the report or never open it, the credit is spent. There is no partial credit and no clawback. Lodge the bundle when the file is ready to be read.
One credit is not one run. Within a matter you may re-run the assessment, add documents, re-frame the issues and rehearse the hearing as often as the work needs. The credit buys the matter, not a single click.
You are asked to confirm this in a dialog before the first upload begins. It is also set out in the refund policy and the terms of service.

No. Every matter costs a credit, and the smallest purchase is a single matter. We would rather charge honestly for the first matter than give away an analysis whose cost we still have to pay.

No. They sit on the account until used. There is no monthly reset and nothing lapses.
Yes. Credits belong to the organisation, not to an individual user, so any seat holder with permission to open matters draws on the same balance. The ten and twenty-five packs include seats for that reason.
Prices are shown exclusive of any tax that may apply. What is added, if anything, depends on where you are and what you tell us at checkout. The invoice shows the breakdown in full.
